Fatigue-Based Conditions...way more than being 'tired'. Are many of these familiar?

Constant feeling of lethargy and whole body heaviness?

Feeling worse after doing things that were previously easy?

Having to spend more time resting at home?

Pain that moves around, and no one can identify a cause?

Escalating symptoms if you overdo it, such as swollen glands, headaches?

A state of feeling wired, but tired, but then unable to sleep?

Unrefreshing sleep - waking up feeling terrible?

Problems with digestion, but unable to identify dietary triggers?

Dizziness and racing heart?

Brain fog, inability to recall words, poor concentration?

Leaving social events feeling exhausted and drained?

Moments of relief, followed by debilitating crashes?

Feeling stuck on the medical merry-go-round with no clear answers?

Therapeutic Movement

Once your symptoms have reduced in severity, and you have stabilised using the strategies in your recovery plan, you may be ready to add therapeutic movement. This is very different from graded exercise therapy (GET), which has had mixed results in the research world. Therapeutic movement is specific to you and your unique physiology and can help reduce pain, improve mobility and capacity to engage in cherished activities.
