Injury Rehabilitation & Exercise Performance

"I know I can overcome this injury and get back to hiking in the mountains"

Evie, 47
Injury recovery is more than just rest, it’s about restoring strength, movement, and confidence so you can return to full function safely and for the long term.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Eva specialises in evidence-based injury rehabilitation, helping people recover from both acute and long-standing injuries through tailored, progressive exercise programs.
Eva has a special interest in managing tendinopathies, particularly of the lower limb, including conditions such as Achilles tendinopathy, greater trochanter pain syndrome (GTPS, also known as glut med tendinopathy), proximal hamstring tendinopathy and plantar fasciopathy (also known as plantar fasciitis). Using the latest research in load management, tendon adaptation, and neuromuscular re-training, Eva designs programs that build tendon and muscle capacity gradually and safely, with the aim of restoring strength, coordination, and confidence in movement. Your program will be designed to prevent recurrence through long-term resilience training and will help support a full return to sport, work, or daily activity. Research shows that progressive, individualised loading is the gold standard for tendon and soft tissue injury rehabilitation, improving both pain and function overtime.

Drawing on both clinical expertise and personal experience as an active runner, hiker, and cyclist herself, Eva understands the demands of returning to these activities safely and sustainably. Eva's programs are individually designed to suit your injury, fitness level, goals, and daily demands. Whether you’re returning to running, cycling, hiking, gym training, or looking to improve your daily function, Eva provides structured support every step of the way, from early recovery through to full function.
